Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 25, 2026

Data We Process

Account details, staff roles, clinic settings, patient demographics, appointments, clinical notes, uploaded imaging metadata, invoices, payments, expenses, reminders, audit logs, and support metadata.

Sensitive Health Data

Clinics may store patient health information in Klinikvue. Clinics should collect patient consent where required and limit access to staff with a legitimate clinic purpose.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide the app, keep each clinic's information separate, manage billing and subscriptions, maintain security records, support downloads, and improve reliability.

Retention and Deletion

Owners/admins can export clinic data and create deletion requests in Settings. Deletion workflows should be reviewed against medical record retention duties before completion.

Cross-Border and Vendors

Service providers for hosting, sign-in, payments, storage, text messages, email, or patient messaging may process data depending on the clinic's configuration. Their contracts and data-transfer requirements should be reviewed before launch.

Customer Support Chat

When a signed-in user opens live chat, Klinikvue embeds Crisp and shares the user's name, email, clinic name, and support messages. The chat is isolated from patient-record pages. Do not include patient names, contact details, clinical records, images, or billing records in support messages.

Legal Review

This notice should be reviewed and adapted for the clinic's final privacy, healthcare, vendor, and data-retention obligations before public use.
